Where we deliver

We deliver within a 5 mile radius of the shop at standard rates, and between 5 and 10 miles for an extended-area charge. If you live outside our delivery area, please contact us before placing an order.

How to order

Ordering & lead times

  • Please allow up to 2 working days for orders placed over the phone or through the website.
  • Payment can be made over the phone or on delivery.
  • Pie orders can be placed online — order pies here.

Pricing

Is there a charge?

  • Within 5 miles of the shop: free delivery on orders of £30 or more. Orders under £30 are charged £5 delivery.
  • Between 5 and 10 miles: a £15 delivery charge applies (distance from the shop — see checkout for straight-line vs road distance).
  • We cannot fulfil standard delivery orders beyond 10 miles of the shop — please call us to discuss.

Delivery times

Deliveries are made between 7:30am and 1:00pm, Tuesday to Saturday. We do not offer specific time slots.
